All our garments are manufactured based on standard sizing, we strongly recommend going up 1 size for a better fit.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days worldwide. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. To start a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
CARE GUIDE
To preserve the beauty of your Sakinah Label piece, wash it gently in cold water using a mild detergent.
Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as these can weaken the fabric and fade the colour. Let it air dry away from direct sunlight, and use a low-heat iron when needed, taking care around embroidery or detailing.
With the right care, your garment will keep its shape, softness, and elegance for years to come.
